Just click on the registration items you want to pay for and when you've completed that, you'll go to a Pay Pal site. That will show you your invoice, let you change it if you need to, and let you pay by credit card.
If you need more than one of anything (say, two adult entries)
you can change the number after you "Add to Basket."
